This microwave heating cooker comprises: a microwave generation device (6a, 6b) that generates microwaves; a steam generation device (20) that generates steam; a steam ejection opening (21) that ejects the steam generated from the steam generation device (20); and a heating container (30) to which the steam ejected from the steam ejection opening (21) is guided through a steam introduction opening (34). At least a piece of first food (35a) that is easily heated by steam and at least a piece of second food (35b) that is difficult to heat by steam are placed in the heating container (30). The first food (35a) is mainly heated by the steam guided from the steam introduction opening (34), and the second food (35b) is mainly heated by the microwaves generated from the microwave generation device (6a, 6b). |
