Runners are made on one side of the joint for adjacent ball halves with inclination to vertical axes of appropriate halves that when crossed make a common runner. Lower wall of semi-chill features depth of 0.36-0.40 diameter of the ball half while inclination of runner inner sides to vertical axes of ball halves makes 36-38 degrees.EFFECT: makes the efficiency and quality higher.2 dwg
