METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FUSING TREATED YARN AND FUSING TREATED YARN MANUFACTUED THEREBY

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a fused treated yarn in which a synthesized fiber yarn having a melting point in a range of 125-190°C is partially fused with a natural fiber yarn in parts of fine periods while surrounding the natural fiber yarn; and a fused treated yarn manufactured thereby. The method may include the steps of: (i) contacting a synthesized fiber yarn (A) which has a melting point in the range of 125~190°C to a hot pin (3) which has a melting point 60-80°C lower than the synthesized fiber yarn (A); (ii) supplying the outcome with a natural fiber yarn (B) which is not contacting the hot pin to a second feed roller; (iii) twisting the synthesized fiber yarn (A) and the natural fiber yarn (B) with a rotary spindle (7) while contacting them with a first heat plate (5) which has a melting point 15-30°C lower than the synthesized fiber yarn (A); and (iv) continuously contacting the outcome with a cooling plate (6) and a second heat plate (9). The method has a high production efficiency and the fused treated yarn manufactured thereby has a soft surface with various types of appearance, which can be used as yarns for clothes or industrial materials.
