<p>A table saw (1) includes a table for placing a workpiece (W) thereon, a cutting unit (10) and a positioning fence (20; 30). The positioning fence (20; 30) has a positioning surface that is abutted to the workpiece (W). The positioning surface is divided into an upper positioning surface and a lower positioning surface that are vertically arranged above the table. First slide fences (20; 30) allocated to the lower positioning surface and second slide fences (21; 31) allocated to the upper positioning surface are slidably supported in a table surface direction relatively independent from each other. The positioning surfaces (21a, 22a; 31a, 32a) of the first and second slide fences (21; 32) constitute an entire region of the positioning surface. In this way, the entire region of the positioning surface is made to be slidable in accordance with various operation modes.</p> |
