<p>The present invention relates to a walnut supplying device. More particularly, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a walnut supplying device wherein a size of a walnut piece is identified, and walnut pieces are automatically supplied to a mold frame in a single piece or in a combination of two pieces depending on identified sizes of walnut pieces. To attain the aforementioned purpose, the present invention provides the walnut supplying device, comprising: a walnut supply unit (1) including a walnut supply conveyor (2) controlled by a first detection sensor (3), and a vibration feeder (6) controlled by a second detection sensor (4), and for supplying a walnut to a walnut transfer conveyor (5); a walnut identification unit (10) for identifying a size of a walnut through an identification camera (11) as a walnut, which is being transferred by the walnut transfer conveyor (5), is detected by a third detection sensor (12); a walnut division unit (20) for blowing, if a walnut on the walnut transfer conveyor (5) is detected by a fourth detection sensor (21), air in a designated air nozzle (24) to put the walnut on the walnut transfer conveyor (5) to a designated walnut accommodation chamber (22); a walnut discharge unit (30) for pushing a walnut on a walnut discharge lane (33) installed in a lower part of the walnut accommodation chamber (22) to a walnut discharge piston (32) of a walnut discharge cylinder (31) such that the walnut is discharged to a walnut discharge port (33-1); and a walnut discharge pipe (40) for supplying a walnut discharged from the walnut discharge port (33-1) to a mold frame. The present invention having configuration as described above provides an effect of supplying automatically and accurately a predetermined amount of walnuts to a mold frame.</p> |
