<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure water quality of a service water source at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A water quality measuring and controlling device 20 transmits positional information on a measurement spot for measuring water quality to a terminal device 40. The terminal device 40 receives the positional information on a measurement spot transmitted from the water quality measuring and controlling device 20 through a telecommunication circuit 50, and transmits water quality data on a measurement spot measured by a water quality measuring device 30 through the telecommunication circuit 50 to the water quality measuring and controlling device 20. The water quality measuring and controlling device 20 receives the water quality data on a measurement spot transmitted from the terminal device 40 through the telecommunication circuit 50. In such a configuration, without installation of a measuring device for each measurement spot, water quality data can be measured at any measurement spot to enable water quality of a service water source to be measured at low cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
