Provided is a user authentication method based on fingerprint scan including: a step of receiving a fingerprint of a user inputted to a mouse fingerprint recognizer from a fingerprint recognizer located on a mouse or a mouse pad; a step of receiving user information of at least one user; a step of mapping the inputted fingerprint and user information of the user and storing the fingerprint and the user information in a labeled table; a step of performing first authentication by using the mapped user information of the user in the case of the fingerprint of the user inputted through the mouse fingerprint recognizer; and a step of logging in a user account of a fixed terminal having the mouse or the mouse pad in the case of the user authenticated as a result of the first authentication.
