<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip tool for indirect hot line work for cutting a wire while using a common operation rod.SOLUTION: A cable cutter 10 comprises a rotary cylindrical body 1, a movable cylindrical body 2, and a pair of curved blades 3a and 3b. The rotary cylindrical body 1 includes a cylindrical connection fitting 12 in a lower end portion. The movable cylindrical body 2 is coupled into the rotary cylindrical body 1 by screwing. Proximal end portions of the curved blades 3a and 3b are coupled to an upper part of the rotary cylindrical body 1 in a turnable manner. By moving the movable cylindrical body 2 upwards by rotating an insulative operation rod 7 in one direction around its axis, the paired curved blades 3a and 3b are opened from each other and a wire W is introduced between the paired curved blades 3a and 3b from an outer periphery direction. By moving the movable cylindrical body 2 downwards by rotating the insulative operation rod 7 in the another direction around its axis, the paired curved blades 3a and 3b can be closed to each other by abutting the outer peripheries thereof to an inner wall of the rotary cylindrical body 1, and the wire W can be cut.</p> |
