PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify an omission of input of IDs added to a plurality of paper documents respectively.SOLUTION: An ID registration part 130 acquires IDs that a reader 20 reads out of one or more paper documents respectively, and registers the acquired IDs and information representing the order of acquisition of the IDs in an ID storage part 140. A skip mode processing part 152 of a search processing part 150 compares an ID read by the reader 20 skipping the order of the plurality of sequenced paper documents with an ID registered in the ID storage part 140 in a place of acquisition corresponding to the place of a paper document given the ID among the plurality of paper documents. If both the IDs do not mach each other, a sequential mode processing part 154 identifies the ID as an unregistered ID when IDs read in order with respect to paper documents arranged between the paper document having the ID whose discrepancy is detected and a paper document with an ID which is obtained last time are not registered in the ID storage part 140. |
