The present invention relates to a high-speed sample adaptive offset filtering apparatus based on a convolution method for decoding video. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the high-speed sample adaptive offset filtering apparatus may include: an input stream providing unit which provides pixels to a window buffer sequentially from a buffer in which input data related to an SAO filter is stored; the window buffer which defines the provided pixels as at least one window and which delivers the defined window to at least one calculation logic in each window unit; and at least one calculation logic which calculates offset with respect to the pixels inputted by the window unit and which outputs pixels corrected by adding the calculated offset to the target pixels.
