ORAL COMPOSITION FOR INHIBITING DENTAL PLAQUE

The present invention relates to an oral composition for inhibiting dental plaque. The oral composition of the present invention inhibits generation of a bio film and thereby, inhibits generation of plaque as an active ingredient having a plaque inhibition effect remains on the tooth surface for a long time. Therefore, the present invention is useful for prevention of a periodontal disease. In particular, the oral composition of the present invention contains alginic acid or alginate acting as a tooth adsorption material and thereby, a cationic antibacterial agent is efficiently delivered to the tooth surface and therefore, is very useful as the antibacterial effect remains on the tooth surface even in cleaning.
