PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-counterfeit printed matter which requires anti-counterfeit or anti-copying function with regard to securities including bank note, share, bond, and the like, various kinds of certificates, and important documents, and to provide a device for manufacturing anti-counterfeit printed matter and a method for manufacturing anti-counterfeit printed matter.SOLUTION: The anti-counterfeit printed matter has two authenticity determination methods. In the first authenticity determination method, an invisible image appears when a determination tool overlaps the anti-counterfeit printed matter. In the second authenticity determination method, authenticity is determined by the invisible information extracted by the determination device. |
