PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working aid improved in aiding power for a worker.SOLUTION: In this working aid 10, a base mechanism 38 includes a bottom part 24 arranged between the sole of a worker and the ground surface. A suspending mechanism 16 includes a suspending frame 18 supported by the base mechanism 38 and arranged on the back side of the worker. A connection part rotatably connects the suspending mechanism 16 to the base mechanism 38. When the suspending mechanism 16 tilts and rotates to a predetermined angle with respect to a connection part of the base mechanism 38, a regulation means regulates the tilt of the suspending mechanism 16. |
