<p>The present invention relates to a silver nanowire having a diameter and a length required as a material for a flexible transparent electrode, and a method to manufacture the same. The method to manufacture the silver nanowire comprises: a step of preparing a first solution including silver salt and a polyol dissolvent; a step of preparing a second solution including a capping agent, a halogen dissolvent and the polyol dissolvent; and a step of synthesizing silver nanowires by adding the second solution to the first solution after heating the second solution. The diameter, length, and aspect ratio of the silver nanowires can be controlled by a metal reduction power. By controlling the same, the silver nanowires contain the properties required for a flexible transparent conductive film which has a diameter equal to or lower than 30 nm; a length of 5-50μm; and a high aspect ratio. Moreover, a high yield rate over 90 mole% of silver salt to manufacture the silver nanowires can be achieved.</p> |
