<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for making a stamp, capable of making the stamp by a simple process and a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The method for making a stamp includes: applying a liquid photosensitive resin PHP on a making stage tape MST (Fig. 1a); holding the photosensitive resin PHP between the making stage tape MST and a stamp tape STT which is a base member of a stamp ST to spread (Fig. 1b); irradiating an area corresponding to the stamp shape of the spread photosensitive resin PHP with light to cure it (Fig. 1c); separating the making stage tape MST and the stamp tape STT from each other (Fig. 1d); and leaving the cured photosensitive resin PHP on the stamp tape STT, and cleaning an unsensitized photosensitive resin PHP stuck to the stamp tape STT to form the stamp ST on the stamp tape STT (Fig. 1e). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
