Provided is an implant applied in a spine or external injury surgery. The implant has variable axial length, and comprises a first member (2); a second member (3) guided to be axially moved on the first member for adjusting total length of the implant; and at least one engagement member (4), wherein at least one engagement member in a first configuration (4) is formed to engage the first member (2) and the second member (3) to lock the first member and the second member for each other, and in a second configuration, the second member is engaged to the first member (2) to be moved on the first member (2), and the engagement member(4) is fixed by a contacting part not to be loose from the first member (2), and the engagement member (4) is an integrated part. |
