The first transmitter transmits the authentication information to a service device connected to the first network, and transmits the electronic certificate to the second relay device. The second relay device includes a second receiver, a second authentication information acquisition unit, and a second transmitter. The second receiver receives the electronic certificate. The second authentication information acquisition unit acquires authentication information. The second transmitter transmits the authentication information to a service device connected to the second network.
