PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle function setting system capable of reducing a user's burden on setting a vehicle function.SOLUTION: A vehicle function setting system includes an on-vehicle device 10 of a vehicle 1 and a communication terminal 20 which communicates with the on-vehicle device 10. The on-vehicle device 10 sets the vehicle 1 to a vehicle function setting value which is a set value of a function of the vehicle 1. The communication terminal 20 has a storage section 22 which stores the vehicle function setting value. When the vehicle 1 is started, the on-vehicle device 10 acquires the vehicle function setting value stored in the storage section 22 of the communication terminal 20 through communication and sets the acquired vehicle function setting value to the vehicle 1.
