NEUTRALIZER AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a neutralizer having high reactivity by using excess cement paste.SOLUTION: A neutralizer production method includes adding water to excess cement paste 2 produced in centrifugal molding of a concrete product and stirring the excess cement paste 2 with water 5, and the stirring of the excess cement paste 2 with water 5 suppresses the hardening action through hydration reaction of the cement ingredient in the excess cement paste 2. The hardening action suppressed material 15 to suppress the hardening action is separated into solid and liquid; the solid/liquid separated solid content is dried; and the dried product 19 is crushed to specified grain sizes. The neutralizer 3 thus produced is high in reactivity with acidic wastewater even when the excess cement paste 2 is used, because the hardening action due to hydration reaction of the cement ingredient in the excess cement paste 2 is suppressed.
