<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling sequence generating technique by which an assembling sequence involving no frequent hand changes is automatically calculated at the designing stage of assembled products.SOLUTION: An assembling sequence generating device extracts from CAD data on an assembled product the unit-by-unit configuration of fastened components and fastening components and type-classified information on the components; generates combination priority information that associates, when each individual unit is to be decomposed, the unit with other interfering units; generates a sequence of the unit decomposition giving priority to reduce the frequency of changing the hand used for holding a fastened component or a fastening component from the type-classified information on the components, the combination priority information and a hand association table; generates a unit-by-unit assembling sequence in a reverse order to the unit decomposition sequence; and generates from the unit-by-unit assembling sequence an assembling sequence of components in the order of fastened components and fastening components on a unit-by-unit basis.</p> |
