Disclosed is a device for rapid detection of an object of interest. The device for rapid detection of an object of interest includes: a first object-of-interest detection part identifying an object-of-interest region by using a first learning image about a detection target image of an object of interest; and a second object-of-interest detection part using a second learning image larger than the first learning image about the object-of-interest region determined in the first object-of-interest detection part.
