<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus to reinforce a concrete structure and a reinforcing method using the same, wherein a reinforcing rod exposed by removing a damaged section of a concrete structure is connected to a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) reinforcing plate using a fastener, and the damaged section can be reinforced by being filled with a section repair material. According to the present invention, the apparatus to reinforce a concrete structure comprises: a holder block installed to envelop a reinforcing rod exposed to the outside through a groove formed by removing the damaged section of the concrete structure; a fastener including a holder fixing part to fixate an exterior surface of the holder block while enveloping the exterior surface of the holder block, and a connection rod installed in the holder fixing part to extend downwards; a reinforcing plate combined with an end part of the connection rod, and installed to close a groove part where the damage section of the concrete structure has been removed; and a filling material for being filled into the groove part where the damaged section of the concrete structure, which has been closed by the reinforcing plate, has been removed.</p> |
