PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive updated disaster information even when communication through a network is congested on the occurrence of a disaster and to give a user emergency evacuation guidance to an appropriate refuge area upon receiving information on a current position of the user.SOLUTION: A wireless on-vehicle device which is controlled by a processor comprises: a first wireless module which performs road-to-vehicle communication or vehicle-to-vehicle communication; a second wireless module which exchanges information with a display terminal; a memory to store information on evacuation destinations; and a GPS module which acquires the information on a current position. The processor: obtains emergency evacuation information through the road-to-vehicle communication or the vehicle-to-vehicle communication; selects an appropriate evacuation destination on the basis of the information on the current position and the evacuation destinations; and gives evacuation guidance to the appropriate evacuation destination by transmitting the information on the evacuation destination to the display terminal. |
