<p>A trocar assembly for laparoscopic surgery is disclosed. The trocar assembly in accordance with the present invention comprises: a guide unit which has a long cylindrical shape in the vertical direction and is formed to be bent; and a body coupled to an upper side of the guide unit. The guide unit includes a coil spring and a sleeve tightly covering the coil spring and in which at least a portion of the outer side of the coil spring and the inner side of the sleeve are relatively moved when the guide unit is bent. According to the present invention, when an instrument for laparoscopic surgery is inserted into the guide unit and is moved in several directions, the guide unit is spontaneously bent as the coil spring and the sleeve are relatively moved, thereby facilitating insertion of surgical instruments and operation using the same. In addition, the guide unit can be bent more easily by making a lower end of the coil spring and an upper end of the sleeve spaced apart from each other.</p> |
