PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing device that can enhance the communication quality between a managing device and equipment.SOLUTION: A managing device 1 has a communication unit 10, a storage unit 12 and a controller 11. The communication unit 10 performs radio communication with one or plural equipment by using a communication channel. The storage unit 12 stores a reference of communication quality of the radio communication every equipment. The controller 11 executes determination processing and channel changing processing. The determination processing determines whether the communication is changed or not. The controller 11 executes acquiring processing of acquiring quality information representing the communication quality of the radio communication and comparison processing of comparing the quality information and the reference every equipment, and determines that the communication channel is changed when the quality information does not satisfy the reference.
