<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus configured to improve the performance of calculating rotation speed, without using a special configuration, even when motor rotation speed is changed due to the influence of power source voltage.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 100 includes: a heater 108; a power application section 14 which supplies power to the heater 108; a fixing roller 21 which is heated by the heater 108; a pressure roller 22; a thermistor 109 which detects a temperature of the fixing roller 21; a change amount measurement section 101a for measuring the amount of change in temperatureΔt of the fixing roller 21 detected per unit time by the thermistor 109; a voltage measurement section 101b which calculates a power source voltage, on the basis of the amount of change in temperatureΔt measured by the change amount measurement section 101a; and a speed calculation section 101c for calculating rotation speed of a DC motor, on the basis of the power source voltage calculated by the voltage measurement section 101b.</p> |
