PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a pig-cleaning device suitable for CIP (stationary cleaning) and SIP (stationary sterilization), by placing a system for cleaning a pig in a closed space/closed environment, with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A pig-cleaning device includes: a pig launcher 10 connected to a fluid transfer pipe for transferring fluid and launching the pig 3 existing in a standby state to the fluid transfer pipe; and a pig-setting device 20 for reciprocatably moving a position of the pig in the pig launcher between a position (see Fig.(a)) of the standby state and a cleaning position (see Fig.(b)) for communicating between an inside space of the fluid transfer pipe and an inside space of the pig launcher by retreating movement from the standby state. The pig-setting device comprises a diaphragm 22 and an actuator 21 for displacing the diaphragm, and is configured so that the pig is displaced between the position of the standby state and the cleaning position, in response to displacement of the diaphragm. |
