PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive roller that can provide a high toner charge amount to toner particularly when being combined with a non-magnetic one-component toner of a positive charging type, and can function as a developing roller that is excellent in a toner holding property achieved by image force.SOLUTION: A semiconductive roller 1 is formed of a crosslinked material including only two types of rubber contents: butadiene rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber. The combination ratio of the butadiene rubber is preferably 20 parts by mass or more and 90 parts by mass or less relative to 100 parts by mass of the total amount of the rubber contents. |
