PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop transaction according to the state of charge of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: An automatic transaction facility 1 comprises: a drive unit driving a motor; a control device 20 executing transaction by controlling the drive unit; and a power converter supplying power to the drive unit and the control device using the secondary battery in the case of stop of power supply from a commercial power source AC 100 V. The control device stops the transaction if the power supply is stopped and an amount of charge (SOC) of the secondary battery is reduced to a predetermined value. The amount of charge of the secondary battery is determined by time required for the transaction, a reduced voltage of the secondary battery, or an amount of temporal change of the reduced voltage of the secondary battery.
