[Problem] To prevent insufficient compensation and excessive compensation when suppressing fluctuations in a grid frequency. [Solution] A control device for a power stabilization system comprises: a frequency detector for detecting the grid frequency in an AC power grid as a frequency measurement value; a frequency-fluctuation compensation calculator which extracts the fluctuation component of the grid frequency on the basis of the frequency measurement value, and calculates the power amount for compensating the extracted fluctuation component as a frequency-fluctuation compensation amount; a frequency deviation compensation calculator which extracts a deviation amount by which the grid frequency deviates from a dead zone set in the grid frequency on the basis of the frequency measurement value, and calculates the power amount for compensating the extracted deviation amount as a frequency-deviation compensation amount; a frequency compensation calculator for calculating a frequency compensation amount by adding the frequency-fluctuation compensation amount and the frequency-deviation compensation amount; and a power convertor control unit for controlling a power convertor which mutually converts the power to be absorbed or released between the AC power grid and a power storage device in accordance with the frequency compensation amount. |
