PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for dispatching personnel supporting evacuation using elevators capable of grasping the number of personnel needed for an evacuation operation using elevators to dispatch them properly to a disaster-stricken building.SOLUTION: Provided is a system for dispatching personnel supporting an evacuation operation using elevators which comprises: disaster detection means for detecting the occurrence of a disaster in a building where elevators are installed; means for detecting the number of people in each floor of the building who have difficulty using stairs when the occurrence of the disaster is detected; means for calculating the number of personnel needed for an evacuation operation using the elevators on the basis of the number of the people in each floor who have difficulty using stairs; means for detecting the number of private firefighters in the building when the occurrence of the disaster is detected; means for calculating the number of staff needed to be dispatched to the building on the basis of the number of the personnel needed and the private firefighters; and means for requesting the staff registered to rush to the building on the basis of the number of the staff needed to be dispatched.
