PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a collison with a colliding body at a corner of a vehicle.SOLUTION: In a front bumper 12, a support member 30 which is formed independently from a bumper RF20 is assembled to both ends of the bumper RF20 in a vehicle width direction, and the support member 30 extends to the outside of the vehicle width direction and a vehicle rear side from both the ends of the bumper RF 20 in the vehicle width direction. Furthermore, the support member 30 is arranged while adjoining the vehicle rear side of an absorber side part 54 and a pressure tube side part 76. Therefore, even if the bumper RF20 cannot be arranged at the vehicle rear side of a corner 10A of the vehicle 10 due to a constriction or the like of processing in the bumper RF20, the absorber side part 54 and the pressure tube side part 76 can be supported by the support member 30 from the vehicle rear side. By this constitution, a reaction force acting on a pressure tube 72 at a collision with a colliding body can be generated by the support member 30. As a result, the collision with the colliding body can be detected at the corner 10A of the vehicle 10. |
