PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Co-Cr-Mo base alloy powder composition from which an industrial product of a high hardness Co-Cr-Mo alloy can be obtained, while maintaining corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of the Co-Cr-Mo alloy.SOLUTION: The Co-Cr-Mo base alloy contains 0.5 to 5.0 mass% of C, 0 to 0.6 mass% of N, and inevitable impurities and comprises powder having a particle diameter of 1 μm or more and 200 μm or less. In a block body obtained by melting the powder alloy by rapid heating and then by rapidly cooling the resultant alloy, fine carbide of Cr is uniformly dispersed. Further, the block body obtained by melting the powder alloy by rapid heating and then by rapid cooling the resultant alloy has Rockwell hardness (HRC) of 50 or more. Additionally, a heat source for the melting by rapid heating is an electron beam, and the block body is obtained by scanning with the electron beam. |
