<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glow plug integrated combustion pressure sensor which achieves excellent durability and inhibits deterioration of the combustion pressure detection accuracy.SOLUTION: In a glow plug integrated combustion pressure sensor, a fixing member 2 which fixes a glow plug 1 at the inner side of a communication hole 913, a combustion pressure detection part 5 including a piezoelectric element 50, a load transmission member 4 which transmits a combustion pressure, a control part 6, and an input/output part 7 are integrally housed in a cylindrical housing 3. In the glow plug integrated combustion pressure sensor, the housing 3 includes: an outer cylinder part 30; a load transmission member engagement part 31; a male screw part 32 which threadedly engages with a female screw part 912 of a plug hole 910; and an element housing part 33 provided at the base end side of the male screw part 32. The load transmission member 4 includes: an inner cylinder part 40 where one end contacts with the load transmission member engagement part 31 and the other end is exposed to the inner side of the element housing part 33; and a flange part 41 which expands in an outer diameter direction forming a flange shape. The flange part 41 is placed in contact with a lower surface of a detection part 5.</p> |
