PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation support system capable of supporting reservation processing when a facility such as a restaurant is reserved on the day.SOLUTION: Provided is a reservation support system which comprises: a user authentication processing unit 21 for authenticating a user; a user information storage unit 20; a facility information storage unit 22 for storing information about a facility; a facility availability information input reception processing unit 23 for receiving and storing an input of facility availability information from a facility terminal; and a reservation processing unit 25 for receiving request information from a portable communication terminal 3, searches the facility information storage unit for a facility coinciding with the request information, sending a search result to the portable communication terminal, receiving a request for reserving a facility which matches the search result from the portable communication terminal, and notifying the facility that it has been reserved. The reservation processing unit determines if information about a facility location and the number of guests included in request information coincides with information about a facility location and facility availability stored in the facility information storage unit, thereby determining if there is a facility coinciding with the request information. |
