PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat seal device capable of suppressing occurrence of white turbidness and pin hole, and being used in general purpose.SOLUTION: The heat seal device comprises a first bar member and a second bar member, which are disposed so as to face each other, and sandwich plural films for performing heat seal. The first bar member has a heating part, and the second bar member has an elastic layer having 40 or lower of Asker C hardness. |
