PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a timepiece time base that is as accurate as possible.SOLUTION: A timepiece resonator oscillating at a natural frequency (ω), comprises: at least one oscillating member; and oscillation maintenance means, the oscillating member carrying a regulator oscillating at a regulation frequency (ω) comprised between 0.9 times and 1.1 times the value of an integer multiple greater than or equal to 2 of the natural frequency (ω). A movement includes a resonator at a natural frequency (ω). The regulator imposes a periodic modulation of the resonant frequency, Q, and/or point of rest of this resonator, with the regulation frequency (ω) comprised between 0.9 times and 1.1 times the value of an integer multiple greater than or equal to 2 of the natural frequency (ω). The time piece, particularly a watch, includes at least one such a movement for a timepiece. |
