PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of a worker when transporting propellers to an installation site without damaging the same.SOLUTION: A water flow power generation device (1) which converts rotation energy of propellers (12a and 13a) into electric power with the propeller rotated by a water flow can be transported in a state where tips (37 and 47) of all the blades (35 and 45) of the propellers are positioned higher than lower edges (28) of a supporting section (11). Thus, damage to the propellers can be prevented by keeping the tips of respective blades of the propellers from coming in contact with a floor surface (48).
