PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laser light source modules that can be arranged highly densely and to provide a laser light source device incorporating the laser light source modules highly densely.SOLUTION: A laser light source module 100 comprises: a plate-like stem 1; power supply lead pins 2A, 2B whose upper ends project beyond the upper face, which is one main face, of the stem 1 and whose lower ends pass through the lower face, which is the other main face, of the stem 1; a block 3 fixed to the upper face of the stem 1; a sub-mount base plate 4 fixed to a face of the block 3, which is parallel to the upper face of the stem 1 and on which a semiconductor laser array 5 is mounted; a semiconductor laser array 5 arranged on the sub-mount base plate 4 such that the direction of light emission is parallel to the upper face of the stem 1; and a collimator lens array 6 arranged on the front face of the semiconductor laser array 5 and used to form light output from the semiconductor laser array 5 into a parallel luminous flux. The collimator lens array 6 is fixed to a face of the block 3, which is perpendicular to the upper face of the stem 1. |
