摘要 Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a rice tart by using boil-cooked strawberries wherein storage properties of strawberries are enhanced and colors and shapes of the boil-cooked strawberries are similar to colors and shapes of fresh strawberries, and a rice tart obtained by the method. The method includes the steps of: making a tart sheet; making a tart cake; and decorating an upper portion of the tart cake with the boil-cooked strawberries.
