<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, in a conventional apparatus, a reception state of a voice packet cannot be verified sufficiently.SOLUTION: A voice communication apparatus of the present invention has: a reception processing section 21 which receives, via a public network, voice data packetized by another apparatus and successively accumulates the voice data in a buffer circuit 22; a voice decoding section 24 which decodes voice in order of accumulation in the buffer circuit 22 and outputs an analog voice output signal; a buffer amount monitor section 26 which acquires an accumulation amount of the voice data in the buffer circuit in a prescribed cycle and generates a monitor state value showing an accumulation state of the voice data in the buffer circuit within a prescribed period; and a reception situation monitor section 28 switching display states of a situation display section on the basis of the monitor state value. The buffer amount monitor section acquires an amount of accumulation of the voice data in the buffer circuit 22 in a monitor cycle determined on the basis of time of day information determined within its own apparatus.</p> |
