<p>The present invention relates to a system for controlling a vehicle black box using a smartphone and a method thereof. A vehicle black box installed in a vehicle interlinks with a smartphone, and receives information on traffic, weather, a map and the like from the smartphone in real time. When a predetermined specific event is generated based on the information, the vehicle black box takes a video for a certain period of time and stores the same. Therefore, a kind of recording is selectively adjusted according to a real-time situation, and the efficiency of memory management can be improved.</p> |
