BLOWER AND VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower capable of preventing a connector for motor electric power supply from being exposed to water leaked from a ventilation flue, and to provide a vehicle air conditioner including the blower.SOLUTION: A blower unit 3 includes: a motor support member 313 which supports a motor 310 and is fixed to a lower surface of a casing 312; and a connector 4 which has a connection terminal 40 through which electric current flows, the connector 4 installed below the casing 312. The blower unit 3 includes: a first shield wall part 52 which stands so as to be spaced away from the outer side of an outer peripheral wall part 3132 and extend in a vertical direction and a circumferential direction; a groove part 53 which connects the motor support member 313 with the first shield wall part 52; and a roof part 5 which covers an area above the connector 4. The roof part 5 is integrally provided with the outer side of the first shield wall part 52. A length of the groove 53 is longer than the connector in a circumferential direction. Circumferential ends of the groove part 53 are positioned at the outer side of circumferential end parts of the connector 4 with respect to the circumferential direction.
