<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitivity adjustment circuit which secures linearity in a wide range if element dispersion exists in a sensitivity adjustment amount.SOLUTION: A variable gain amplifier 11 adjusts a gain according to a gain adjustment voltage VG. An input switchover unit 13 switches a signal input to variable gain amplifier 11 between an input voltage Vin and a first adjustment voltage VA1. An output voltage Vout of the variable gain amplifier 11 and a second adjustment voltage VA2 are input to an amplifier 12. A sample/hold part 14 includes a first sample/hold switch 14a for sample/hold switching and a first capacitance element C1, and samples/holds the output of the amplifier 12 to generate a gain adjustment voltage.</p> |
