<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a damage of a battery even when a load to be received by a side part member is transmitted to a connection member.SOLUTION: A battery case 1 comprises: side frames 7, 9 extending in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body; a cross frame 11 for connecting the side frames 7, 9 with each other; and a bottom plate 13 for loading and fixing the battery 15. The side frames 7, 9 are fixed to a side sill and a side member of the vehicle body, and the battery case 1 is loaded under a floor of the vehicle body. The cross frame 11 comprises: high strength parts 19, 21 on both sides of a vehicle width direction; and a low strength part 23 located between the mutual high strength parts 19, 21 and with strength lower than those of the high strength parts 19, 21. When a vehicle receives a collision load from a side, and the side frames 7, 9 receive a load F, the low strength part 23 is deformed so as to be crushed, deformation of the high strength parts 19, 21 is suppressed, and contact to a battery 15 is avoided.</p> |
