<p>The present invention relates to a weight exercise device. More particularly, the invention relates to a weight exercise device wherein a user is able to do an exercise by selecting freely to fix or unfix a handle axis and a weight and in addition, in order to allow an easy fixing and unfixing operation, the invention comprises: a central axis (10) having a predetermined length; a weight (20) fixed to both ends of the central axis; a handle axis (40) having a cylindrical pipe shape and having the central axis inserted inside to be able to rotate on an outer surface of the central axis and having a flange (42) formed at one end or both ends and having a coupling groove (43) at an edge of the flange; a fixed ring (50) interposed between the weight and the flange and fixed to an outer surface of the central axis; and a coupling means (60) having a stopper (62), which is provided in the fixed ring to be able to rotate around a hinge pin (61) as an axis, such that the coupling means is able to be coupled or decoupled to the coupling groove on a selective basis.</p> |
