<p>Provide is a method for manufacturing a natural beverage having an excellent degradation ability for a saturated fatty acid, which comprises the steps of mixing natural ingredients such as onions, tangerines, gingers, and lacquer trees in liquid effective microorganisms; extracting and fermenting active components the natural ingredients have by liquid effective microorganisms; and exchanging ions. The technique has an advantage of being used as a functional food degrading a saturated fatty acid by not only not being harmful to a human body, but also having excellent storage properties and being used for a long time by extracting the active components contained in the natural ingredients such as onions, tangerines, gingers, and lacquer trees without a damage by the liquid effect microorganisms, while degrading the active components and synthesizing a new component by action of the effective organism.</p> |
