PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strain sensor capable of suppressing the occurrence of foreign matters, etc, mixed into a CNT film to enhance the durability of a sensor function while enhancing the linearity and response of a resistance change.SOLUTION: The strain sensor comprises: a substrate having flexibility; a CNT film provided on the front surface side of the substrate and having a plurality of CNT fibers oriented in one direction; and a pair of electrodes arranged at both ends of the CNT fibers in the orientation direction in the CNT film. The CNT film has a plurality of CNT fiber bundles consisting of the plurality of CNT fibers and a resin layer covering the peripheral surfaces of the plurality of CNT fiber bundles. The resin layer is preferably formed from an aqueous emulsion. The CNT fiber bundle preferably includes a coupling part having the CNT fibers coupled in a longitudinal direction to each other. The plurality of CNT fiber bundles preferably include cut off points in the longitudinal direction. |
