A rotary compressor (100) and a refrigeration circulation apparatus having same. One extremity of a housing (1) of the rotary compressor (100) is provided with a sealed muffling cavity (50). In a compressing apparatus (5), a cylinder component comprises a compression cavity (13), an auxiliary bearing (30) is provided on the lower surface of the cylinder component, a muffler is provided on the auxiliary bearing (30) and defines with same an exhaust muffling cavity (31) in communication with the compression cavity (13), and the exhaust muffling cavity (31) is in communication with the muffling cavity (50) to discharge a refrigerant in the exhaust muffling cavity (31) into the muffling cavity (50), and an oil-separating apparatus (45) is connected to the muffling cavity (50) for oil-gas separation of a refrigerant. One extremity of an oil supply pipe (40) is in communication with either one between the oil separation apparatus (45) and the muffling cavity (50), while the other extremity discharges oil-gas separated oil into the compression cavity (13). The rotary compressor (100) is capable of preventing deformation of the compressing apparatus (5).
