<p>The present invention relates to a sludge concentration device using gravity. The sludge concentration device of the present invention comprises: a sludge feeding unit (1); a rotating body (3) separating water from the fed sludge; a rotating body mounting frame (10) including a concentrated sludge collection tank (5) and an effluent collection tank (9); and a washing unit (7), wherein the rotating body (3) includes a rotary shaft (30), multiple effluent plates (32), a filter screen (34) and side plates (36) having a through-hole (38) for each through which the rotary shaft penetrates and the effluent is discharged, wherein the effluent plates (32) are installed to radially extend from the rotary shaft (30); both side sections of the radially extended effluent plates are air-tightly fixated by the polygonal side plates (36) to form multiple″V″-shaped compartments with the top opened due to the effluent plates (32) and the both polygonal side plates (36); the through-hole (38) is formed at the center of the polygonal side plates (36) to make separated water discharged through the hole; and a filter screen (34) having the shape corresponding to the inside shape of the V-shaped compartments (20) is installed to be spaced apart from the effluent plates (32).</p> |
